June Factor wins the Anzac Memorial Trustees Military History Prize
Soldiers and Aliens by June Factor has been awarded the inaugural Anzac Memorial Trustees Military History Prize for the 2023 NSW Premier's History Awards. June Factor's engrossing story of the men in the Australian Army’s employment companies during World War II was described by the judging panel as 'skilfully composed, combining narrative and analysis in a way that makes it a pleasure to read and gives it credibility and depth as a serious work of history'.
