Richard McGarvie

Richard E. McGarvie was Supreme Court Judge and Governor of Victoria (1992-97). He was a delegate to the Constitutional Convention in 1998, where the McGarvie model received the second-most of votes. Following this, he wrote and broadcast on how to retain the strength of our democracy and federation in a republic. Richard McGarvie passed away in May 2003.
