Francis Bissell

Frances Bissell is founder member of The Guild of Food Writers and former food writer for The Times. Her books include A-Z of Food and Wine in Plain English with Tom Bissell (2003) and Frances Bissell's Country Kitchen (2002), based on the TV series The West Country Kitchen.
